Payment:To guarantee a reservation a deposit of 10% per services is required (non refundable). Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure or whenever the tour is booked if less than 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellations & Refunds: The first 10% payment is non refundable.-NO SHOW - no refund.
Tour is refundable in full up to 30 days prior to departure, less the 10% from the deposit. 14 days or less, no refund. All refunds are minus any cancellation charges made by the airlines, hotels or any other suppliers. Note that airline tickets may be non-refundable. There is a charge of $25.00 per booking for each itinerary or date change after confirmation is made. There will be no refund for unused land features. All claims must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days after tour ends. No package previously paid or reserved is reimbursable by any causes beyond our control to our company.

Hotel & Lodge Accommodation: Unless specified, hotel accommodations will be assigned on a run-of-the-house basis. All lodges have the basic services and some of them have shared bathrooms

Trip Insurance: For those that want the peace of mind that insurance can give, please consider travelers insurance. To insure against a personal or health related cancellation, accident an illness while on tour, theft, or for any other reason, travelers insurance can protect you. We recommend that you check your current insurance coverage and if necessary purchase the appropriate additional coverage. Please contact your current insurance policy and /or your travel agent for more information.

Release of Liability: Operador Latino accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, death, damages, loss, claims, delays or irregularities which may arise from or be occasioned by travel, whether by airplane, boat, motorcar, motorcycle, railroad or any other means of travel, whether caused by defects or by acts of defaults of companies or individuals engaged in conveying the participant. In addition, Operador Latino accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages, expenses, claims, losses, or inconvenience pertaining to hotel accommodations, lost or missing baggage or articles belonging to participant.

Include transportation by car, microbus or motor coach, escorted by professional, Spanish/ English tour guide. Modules are hosted and are regular sightseeing or shuttle services and may include guides only during visits to sites or monuments.

The Maya Circuit includes transportation by minivan, minibus or motor coach, are regular sightseeing or shuttle services and include entrance fees and guides only during visits to sites or monuments indicated. German, French, Italian speaking guides on request.

The prices given include sales tax and a tourism tax. Meals include only refreshments or Coffee or tea. Meals are taken at local restaurants or directly at the areas designated at the reserves, except when box breakfast or packed lunches may be taken in the field.

Meals do not include alcoholic beverages or sodas except when specified, any meal outside of normal meal times, room service and any snacks or refreshments, tips, personal expenses, telephone calls, laundry, drinks, etc.;

Border customs and immigration fees, airport departure taxes and/or visas.

Any domestic or international air fare is no included.
