--What you can expect—
Our tour starts at Cerro de Tecpán which is located in the Mountain Forest Biome of Sierra de Tecpán, 90 km from Guatemalan City with an altitude of 2500m. Our target bird is the Pink-headed Warbler, easily observed in a patch of the pine-oak forest among other species. We continue our visit in Finca El Pilar, just 10 minutes drive from Antigua Guatemala. Finca El Pilar is located at 1500m with tropical dry forest and mixed highland forest. Return to Guatemala City .
