In general, I found the whole encounter, as well as the post tour, very well organized. The participants had a good opportunity to see a lot of the habitats and the characteristic bird species of the highlands, and to meet dedicated people working with birding tourism in Guatemala. I was especially impressed by Operador Latino, represented by owner Irene Rodríguez and the guide Hugo Enríquez, who both showed a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
