Day 01 (L): Early transfer to the airport to take the inland flight to Petén. Upon arrival, meeting at the airport and start your visit to TIKAL NATIONAL PARK. You will enter the jungle among the famous ruins. Here your tour guide will take you back thousands of years to the glory, to the seat of the Mayan Culture. Visit to Complex Q, Temple of the Great Jaguar, Temple of the Masks, Temple IV, Lost World and the site museum. You will have time to explore the jungle trails and climb the temples. You will see monkeys, tropical birds and admire the Amazon-like flora. Lunch in the Lodge, followed by continued exploration. Sundown in Tikal. Overnight stay in a lodge inside Tikal National Park.

Day 02 (B): After breakfast walk to the ruins of Tikal to cover more of the forest and to seek out species not seen before. The archeological zone of Tikal is large, magnificent and worthy of additional exploration. At the afternoon transfer to the airport to take the inland flight back to Guatemala City. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
